Voor 12.00u besteld op ma-vr? Je bestelling wordt nog dezelfde dag verzonden!
Uiteraard pak ik je pakket zorgvuldig in. Mocht er onverhoopt toch iets beschadigd zijn of niet goed gaan tijdens de verzending, neem dan even contact op.

Zie je een product dat niet op voorraad is? Stuur me gerust een berichtje, dan kan ik je laten weten wanneer het weer op voorraad is.
Retour
Ben je niet tevreden met je bestelling? Het is mogelijk tot 14 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling. Vermeld bij het terugsturen altijd je ordernummer. Zonder ordernummer kunnen we je retour niet verwerken. Zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen en verwerkt, ontvang je een bericht van de terugbetaling. Je ontvangt het aankoopbedrag terug met 1-3 werkdagen, met dezelfde betaalmethode als je de order hebt betaald.

International shipping
When sending your packages to other countries besides The Netherlands there is a chance that customs have some extra costs, these are not included in the price and unfortunately we don’t cover those costs. But when you live in European Union countries this is not something to be worried about.
We calculculate standard shipping cost for all items. This will be a standard box that fits in your mailbox. We handle a minimum order price of € 10,-.
The products are always sent within 1 week. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, it takes up to 3 working days often to arrive. Other countries within the EU can expect 9-14 days. Shipping might be delayed by other factors, that are unfortunately out of my hand, but I always try to start the shipping process as quickly as possible.
